All our oven installations are of restaurant quality, available in 5 sizes. Catering from a modest patio to the largest pizzeria, or the finest restaurant.

How good are European Wood Fired Ovens????
All our ovens use the finest materials, are round or oval in shape to ensure better heat distribution, (unlike tunnel or square designs) & no wood is used to support our structure!!
All our flues, oven doors & temperature gauges are of high quality stainless steel, the only choice for year upon year longevity.
How are our ovens built????
- Our ovens sit upon a cementous structure.
- Builders foil is laid to reflect heat up from structure.
- Ceramic Fibre Blanket is laid to insulate.
- Refractory cement base is laid. 1-4 pieces depending on size chosen
(No bricks for oven floors, hence no need for pizza trays or stones).
- Refractory cement dome positioned (cooking chamber).
- Double chamber mouth fitted.
- Ceramic Fibre blanket placed over dome & mouth for extra insulation.
- Builders foil laid over ceramic fibre blanket.
*Note at this stage lesser ovens are covered in chicken wire & rendered.
- Dome & mouth are then bricked up, using solid clay bricks around dome.
- Bricks are then rendered.
- The choice is up to you whether you want to have the natural look, paint or mosaic your oven.
